My Approach
My approach is shaped by my personal journey of caring for my late husband through a long illness and walking through grief myself. I combine over 20 years of experience in education and program development with strong facilitation and leadership skills to create structured pathways for healing. Spiritually, I ground my work from an Islamic perspective, trusting Allah’s decree over life and death. Additionally, I approach it from a post traumatic growth practice. I draw from independent research and case studies with women I’ve supported. Together, this creates a compassionate, faith-centered, and practical environment where women can heal, grow, and begin to dream again.
What We Believe
We believe that with the mercy and grace of God and with mental health tools we have the power of healing ourselves. We believe in creating safe spaces where women can heal, grow, and be fully seen. We believe that while growth often comes through discomfort, comfort and compassion should meet you in the process. We believe in the power of connection and community, where stories transform into shared strength.
We believe in walking with women through their hardest seasons, reminding them that transformation is always possible.
Our Vision
A world where we create a safe and sacred space for women of faith facing loss and transition to feel truly heard, seen, and held. Here, they discover not only healing but also a renewed purpose, where grief becomes a catalyst for growth, endings open the door to new beginnings, and women are empowered to rebuild their lives with faith, freedom, and confidence.
Mission
To guide women of faith through life’s transitions, whether grief, divorce, loss of loved ones, or career shifts- by offering coaching, workshops, and transformative travel experiences that foster healing, rediscovery, and the courage to dream again. Through Hearts Connecting, we also serve families of faith with dignified Virtual Memorial Services to honor and celebrate the lives of loved ones.
