So many women are navigating life, grief, and major transitions, and in the midst of it all, it can be difficult to pause. To breathe. To nurture the spirit. To intentionally make space for honest conversations, reflection, and self-care.
This (online) retreat is an invitation to do just that.
A space for women around the world to gather virtually and set aside intentional time to pour back into themselves. To reconnect with their hearts, to reflect, and to be gently supported as they move through life’s transitions.
This is all about healing and growth.

The Father’s Day Virtual Day Retreat was inspired by something I truly believe Allah placed on my heart during the month of Ramadan.
Over the years, I’ve worked with women carrying many different experiences connected to their fathers. Some women experienced deep love, emotional safety, affection, guidance, and reassurance through their relationship with their fathers. Others experienced emotional distance, absence, unresolved pain, abandonment, strained relationships, or grief connected to fathers who have transitioned.
And for many women, the experience exists somewhere in between.
What became increasingly clear to me is that the father-daughter relationship is deeply impactful and incredibly layered. It can shape the way women experience identity, love, safety, confidence, emotional security, grief, relationships, and even the way we move through the world.
For some women, their father was a source of comfort, protection, wisdom, and emotional grounding.
For others, there may still be unanswered questions, emotional wounds, longing, disappointment, silence, or unresolved pain they are learning to navigate.
And for many women grieving the passing of their fathers, there is both love and loss existing at the same time.
One thing I know for certain is this:
Impact is impact.
Loss is loss.
And grief is grief.
Throughout the retreat, we’ll gently explore different experiences connected to the father-daughter journey through guided conversations, reflections, interviews, emotional support, and community dialogue.
This is not about forcing women into labels.
It is about creating space for women to see themselves, feel less alone, and explore their experiences with compassion, honesty, and care.
This exploration theme centers on women who have experienced the passing or transition of their fathers.
Together, we’ll explore:
This conversation is for women carrying grief in all its forms, whether recent or years later.

This exploration theme honors the tenderness and beauty of fathers who were loving, emotionally present, supportive, guiding, protective, and deeply connected to their daughters.
This space allows daughters to openly honor and express:
This conversation creates space for women to honor fathers who came, loved, guided, protected, and did the work of being present.

This conversation will compassionately explore the emotional impact of father wounds, absence, strained relationships, and difficult relational experiences many women silently carry.
This includes experiences connected to:
This space is not rooted in blame or shame. It is rooted in understanding, reflection, emotional safety, and compassionate conversation.

This exploration theme will include a special conversation centered around the journey of becoming, healing, and navigating life after the passing of a father.
Through a heartfelt discussion and interview, we’ll explore:
This conversation honors the reality that healing does not always mean forgetting, disconnecting, or “moving on.”Sometimes healing looks like learning how to carry love, grief, wisdom, memory, and becoming together at the same time.

This is a private Zoom experience for registered sisters only.
A space of confidentiality, care, and compassion, where you are free to show up as you are.
Alhamdulillah, thank you so much, Sister Tahirah, for initiating this beautiful community. It’s such a meaningful and supportive space—a place for healing, finding peace, and drawing closer to Allah (SWT). May Allah reward you abundantly.
Dearest Tahirah,
My most beautiful takeaway from today is that this was my first experience of true relief in my grief. For the first time since the loss of my husband in 2021, I shed tears, not just of sorrow, but of relief.
I’ve been so busy holding space for others who came to me for help… but today, you gave me permission to turn inward, to focus on my healing—not just outwardly caring for everyone else.
Alhamdulillah! This was a big advancement for me.
This retreat was a breath of fresh air. As a speaker, I was able to both share and learn so much. It was a truly beautiful moment and a safe, sacred space created for the amazing sisters in my community.
This was such a beautiful experience! I truly appreciated all the sharing, it was so helpful and uplifting. I'm definitely looking forward to more gatherings like this.
Alhamdulillah! Thanks so much for this beautiful retreat. May Allah reward all participants and presenters. Ameen!
I thoroughly enjoyed the virtual retreat. Every presenter delivered with such grace and intention. I truly believe that sacred spaces like this are essential for all sisters—no matter where they are in their journey. Blessings to you, my dear sister, for hosting and bringing it all together so beautifully. I’m already looking forward to the next one,
In sha Allah.
This session was excellent—truly a safe and sacred space to grieve, release, and reconnect. I appreciated the gentle guidance and techniques shared for deepening our connection with both ourselves and Allah. This was great and so necessary! A deeply meaningful experience.
Wonderfully inspiring program. Much needed.
The retreat was just the soul care that I needed to water my spirit and polish my heart. It's so powerful when women come together in a safe, supportive environment to share lifelong wisdom anchored in the love of Allah SWT. This was just what the doctor ordered for me as someone navigating active grief. I pray that Allah SWT continues to bless this space, and I look forward to witnessing how it blossoms inshallah.
