
This 4-week detox experience is designed to support you in continuing your journey of releasing, letting go, healing, and becoming.
It is a gentle, guided reset for women of faith who are ready to feel lighter emotionally, clearer mentally, and more grounded spiritually, while nourishing the body through a raw food and juice-based detox.
This experience is guided by me and led in wellness and detox practices by juice expert Fawziyyah Muhammad, owner of Sunflower Butterfly Fresh Juice.

As I began my own raw food and juice cleanse, I felt compelled to share the experience and invite other women to walk this journey alongside me.
Knowing the power of community and shared healing, I invited Fawziyyah to collaborate. With over 10 years of experience in juicing, herbal practices, and intentional living, she brings a depth of knowledge and lived experience that makes this journey both practical and transformative.
Together, we’ve combined our experiences in healing, mindset, and wellness to create a detox that supports not just the body, but the heart and spirit as well.

This program is for women of faith, from any background, who are ready to:
• Release emotional weight and past burdens
• Clear mental clutter and overwhelm
• Support the body through gentle detox practices
• Reconnect spiritually and feel more grounded
• Step into a lighter, clearer, and more intentional version of themselves
We will guide you through both the emotional and physical aspects of your detox journey.
Each week includes:
• A live guided session (1–1.5 hours)
• Weekly themes to anchor your healing
• Juice, smoothie, and simple food guidance to support your body
• Herbal and natural detox support
• Guided reflection and journaling practices
When you register, you will receive:
• A curated detox menu PDF (juices, teas, and simple foods)
• A healing journal + guided prompts
• Access to a private WhatsApp group for community, encouragement, and sisterhood
• Weekly live sessions
• A curated playlist of light workouts and stretches to support your body during the detox

The detox process begins with forgiveness.
This week focuses on releasing emotional weight through forgiving yourself, others, and even past circumstances. We will explore how to seek Allah’s mercy while extending compassion to ourselves.
Forgiveness opens the door for true release.
Healing requires trust.
This week is about trusting Allah, trusting your intuition, and trusting the process of healing. We will explore how fear shows up in the body and how to soften into trust, allowing space for growth, clarity, and restoration.
This phase focuses on letting go of what no longer serves you while rebuilding from a place of wisdom, not pressure. We will explore how to release internal weight and begin reconnecting with the version of yourself that feels most aligned, whole, and grounded.
The final stage focuses on integration. This week is about aligning your actions, intentions, and spiritual connection so that you can move forward with clarity and purpose. You will learn how to realign yourself consistently and stay connected to what you believe your Lord is guiding you toward.
