Tahirah J. Taalib-Din is the visionary founder of Grow with Tahirah, a global platform guiding women of faith through grief, healing, and life’s major transitions. After the devastating loss of her husband in 2020, Tahirah transformed her personal pain into purpose, pioneering spaces of comfort and growth for others navigating similar paths.

With over 20 years of experience in education and youth development, Tahirah brings a wealth of leadership, organizational strategy, communication, and program management skills into her work. She has spent her career creating environments that foster growth and empowerment, and today, she carries that same passion into supporting women through life’s most challenging seasons.

A true trailblazer, Tahirah became the first African-American Muslim woman to create a Virtual Memorial Facilitation service,  Hearts Connecting—an innovative way for faith-based families to honor loved ones with dignity and connection. She also established one of the first Muslim women’s grief support groups of its kind, offering women a safe, faith-centered space to heal and rebuild.

Through these initiatives, along with her private coaching, workshops, and transformative travel experiences, Tahirah has become known for creating transformative experiences of connection, moments where women feel seen, supported, and inspired to rise again.Her leadership has extended into community-driven crowdfunding efforts, raising over $30,000 to fuel meaningful projects. 

Tahirah is an Executive Board Member and Fundraising Chair of, The African American Association of Senegal (AAAS). 

She is also a certified digital marketer, consulting with solopreneurs and small businesses to help them grow with clarity and confidence. 

Currently pursuing her Grief Coaching Certification, Tahirah continues to expand her ability to integrate clinical understanding with spiritual wisdom.Now living in Senegal with her husband and three (3) children.

Tahirah operates two online businesses (Grow with Tahirah and  Digital Marketing Consultant), facilitates transformative travel experiences, and continues her mission: helping women of faith heal, grow, and dream again.
